We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with a strong background in LLMs, and experience working on Govt or public sector projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of government compliance and regulatory requirements, particularly as they relate to data handling, security, and privacy in AI systems. You will play a critical role in architecting, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI models that support public sector initiatives, with a focus on high-impact, real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate for Impact: Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) algorithms and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for Govt or public sector applications, driving transformative real-world outcomes.
- Generative AI Expertise: Develop, fine-tune, and deploy advanced GenAI models for tasks such as text generation, summarization, image synthesis, and natural language understanding, ensuring adaptability in secure environments.
- Pioneering AI Solutions: Optimize algorithms for real-time generative use cases, including document generation, automated workflows, OCR-based text augmentation, and visual content creation, to address critical public sector challenges.
- Compliance Champion: Embed robust data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices into all stages of model development and deployment, ensuring full compliance with government regulations such as FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA, and IL standards.
- Collaborative Solution Development: Partner with cross-functional teams to create scalable, AI-driven tools for text, image, and video generation, ensuring performance meets and exceeds public sector requirements.
- Future-Ready Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest advancements in Generative AI (e.g., transformer models, diffusion models) into ongoing and future projects, aligning with public sector priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with a specialization in Generative AI applications.
- Expertise in building and fine-tuning models like GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, and other transformer or diffusion-based architectures.
- Advanced Python programming skills for efficient AI model development and deployment.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- In-depth knowledge of government compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA, IL standards) and the ability to integrate them into AI solutions.
- Proven ability to deploy Generative AI models in secure, real-time, and cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) with scalability and reliability.
- Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security protocols in the Govt or public sector, with experience designing AI systems that meet rigorous government standards.
