We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep curiosity for research, a strong foundation in systems programming, and a passion for developing scalable AI solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering and data science, helping bring machine learning models to life in production environments.
Position : Machine Learning Engineer
Duration: Full-Time
Location: Ridgewood, NJ (Hybrid)
Please Note : Due to the nature of the government project, U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications
- Write efficient, high-performance code using C and Python
- Manage system memory and performance for large-scale ML applications
- Document technical workflows, model architectures, and experimental results clearly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI and machine learning and apply them where applicable
- Solve complex technical problems with a research-driven and analytical mindset
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in C with strong understanding of memory management and performance optimization
- Strong programming skills in Python, especially in the context of data science and ML
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and AI frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges
- Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation
- Demonstrated curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and exploration in AI/ML
