Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital transformation and AI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project scope, timeline, and budget are adhered to.
• Effectively manage project scope, proactively identifying and addressing potential scope creep and ensuring that project changes are controlled and communicated.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating strong relationships and clear communication to ensure client expectations are met.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines, aligning with client requirements and business objectives.
• Plan and set up Agile Ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospective, etc. Facilitate daily stand-ups, to monitor sprint progress.
• Develop detailed project plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings, providing status updates, resolving issues, and ensuring that all team members and clients are informed and aligned on objectives.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting teamwork and productivity across teams.
• Contribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully leading cutting-edge digital transformation and AI-driven projects from inception to completion.
• Meticulous in managing project scope, ensuring documentation is thorough, client requirements are captured accurately, and all milestones are hit with precision.
• Strong Experience in Proactively identifying risks, control scope creep, and managing project changes efficiently to ensure smooth project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Skilled in setting up and leading Agile ceremonies—Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Retrospectives—while keeping the team engaged and sprint progress on track.
• Expert in applying a diverse range of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, to deliver exceptional results.
• Exceptional at building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring clear communication, and managing complex stakeholder dynamics with ease.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve issues swiftly, making informed decisions that keep projects on track while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance to exceed project goals.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in fast-paced environments, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Serve as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are set and met, and aligning teams to deliver on business objectives.
• PMP, Scrum, and SAFe certifications are a plus, adding credibility to your exceptional ability to lead complex projects to success.
