We are seeking a Project Manager with a software development background, and expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.As a Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise to drive project execution, ensuring that engineering teams stay aligned, productive, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with Engineers, architects, and stakeholders to manage complex projects, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and Gantt charts to track milestones and deliverables.
- Define project scope, prevent scope creep, and manage change orders to meet evolving business needs.
- Act as the bridge between development teams and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into project goals.
- Work closely with development teams, providing technical oversight and ensuring best coding practices are followed.
- Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups – ensuring smooth workflow and alignment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee multiple software development projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Utilize Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Git to monitor progress and collaboration.
- Ensure strong stakeholder engagement, setting expectations, and keeping leadership informed on key milestones.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation to keep projects within budget and on schedule.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to remove roadblocks and drive successful project delivery.
- Foster a results-driven engineering culture, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in delivering large scale IT Projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects in AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Application Development.
- Ability to engage with executives, business leaders, technical teams, and clients to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
- Expertise in identifying risks, managing scope changes, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Experience managing onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies, including experience leading Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming sessions.
- In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, Gantt charts, and other project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges and keep projects on track.
- Prior hands-on experience in software development/application architecture/ cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in optimizing resource allocation and tracking project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- PMP certification is required; CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or SAFe certification is a plus.
