Job Summary

TechOne Installers is seeking a motivated and skilled Low Voltage Technology Installer to join

our growing team. This role is critical in delivering state-of-the-art technology solutions to

businesses and institutions, ensuring seamless installations of A/V systems, networking

infrastructure, and security setups. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both

independently and with a team to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure A/V systems, including sound systems, projectors, and flat-panel

displays.

  • Set up CCTV surveillance systems with IP cameras and monitoring software.
  • Deploy digital signage and interactive menu boards in commercial environments.
  • Run, terminate, and label Cat5/Cat6 cables according to industry standards.
  • Install self-service kiosks and POS systems for restaurants.
  • Set up VoIP phone systems and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation or service calls.
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including network maps, cable runs, and

configurations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in low voltage installations (open to training motivated

candidates).

  • Familiarity with wiring standards and low voltage systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Onsite work at client locations in Ohio, with 50% travel across a 5-state region.
  • Travel expenses, including per diems, covered by the company.
  • Flexible working hours, with some evening and weekend work based on project needs.
  • Compliance with OSHA and other safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.90 - $25.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
