- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college AND a Paralegal certification (e.g., from NALA, NFPA) OR

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
