Inventory Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: 6-7 hours a day (30-35 hours max a week) $19 an hour
We are seeking an Inventory/Web Assistant who:
Supports the Inventory Manager in all tasks
Checks pricing on all items, including both "available now" and "available to order," to ensure margins and pricing is current
Checks photos, specs, and other pertinent inventory information to ensure content is up-to-date
Maintains "available now/soon" sheet for sales staff
Creates and maintains standardized pricing
Runs weekly inventory reports
Works with website team to create listings with correct specs and pricing
Works with sales team on identifying their needs and helping them find the right units for their clients
Manages both new and used inventory for the purchase and rental division
Creates and removes banners weekly or as needed
Creates listings for pre-owned inventory as it becomes available (uploading photos, confirming price with team), etc.
Maintains pre-owned inventory on website and PRT database
Skills/Qualifications:
Solution-oriented critical thinker
Detail-oriented (extremely organized)
Thrives in a virtual environment
Possesses excellent communication with staff
Exhibits good problem-solving skills
Able to multitask, balancing many tasks concurrently
Possesses great phone skills and maintains rapport with ease
MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Database management experience
Adobe Creative Suite skills
