Client is looking for an SAP APO / gATP Consultant with a strong working knowledge of SAP SD and user exit skills as gATP solution integrates into Order Management processes for standard order entry, EDI order entry, portal order entry, order entry with launch date, order entry with manual prices, order entry with main line and sub line items.
**gATP: (Global Available-to-Promise)
Responsibilities:
- Translate functional requirements into technical terms and relevant solutions.
- Transition into an SAP SCM 7.0 environment where much of the configuration, functional specs, technical specs, and code has been written and quickly implement and validate functionalities.
- G Configuration
- Rule-based gATP (location and product substitution)
- Product allocation
- Product allocation technical objects (APO BW PSA, DSO, InfoCube, Planning Area, Planning Book)
- Product allocation CVC and assignment realignment
- Order scheduling and condition records
- Backorder processing
- Process chain scheduling
- security roles
- Temporary quantity assignment
- EDQA (Exception Data Quality Assurance) and gATP data cleansing and product allocation repair functions
- Process Integration
- Strong working knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and user exit skills.
- gATP solution integration into Order Management processes, including:
- EDI order entry
- Portal order entry
- Order entry with launch date
- Order entry with manual prices
- Order entry with main line and sub-line items
Skills and Experiences
- Must be strong in OTC processes , Pricing, IDOC Processing, Delivery and Billing processes.
- Must have experience on Availability check and transfer of requirements.
- Have good work experience in STO and intercompany sales process.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and fix bugs arising in regression testing.
- Ability to determine whether the source issue is due to configuration or programming.
- Understand
- Agile project management methodology.
- EDQA (Exception Data Quality Assurance) and order scheduling.
- Good interfacing knowledge with ECC SD module and CRM.
- Knowledge of DP (Demand Planning) and SNP (Supply Network Planning) is an added advantage.
