The Ask? Client is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM / Discovery / ITAM applications and maintain and support the implementation. This person will work very closely with IT Process Architect, customer personnel, Business Analyst(s), IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of ITOM / ITAM Modules of ServiceNow.
Skills and Experience_
- Experience of
- ITOM suite (CMDB /Discovery) within ServiceNow
- ITAM suite (HAM / SAM) within ServiceNow
- Complete understanding & hands-on expertise of CMDB data model with experience in extending CMDB data model for requirements.
- Understands technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow and understands the workflow engines.
- Uses Mid server, webservices, email and other relevant technology to integrate tools with ServiceNow.
- Define and implement ITOM / ITAM and CMDB best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning with industry standards and ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes/best practices for ITOM/CMDB/CSDM
- Experience in designing/developing ServiceNow Tables/Fields/Forms/Access Controls/Business Rules/ACLs/Client Scripts/UI Policies/UI Macros/UI Scripts/Catalog Forms/etc.
Additional Qualifications:
- CIS-ITSM or CIS-Discovery or CIS HAM Pro certification
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify CMDB requirements and implement necessary changes
