Techserve is a leading Longwall Relocation specialist operating in the Bowen Basin. We are seeking someone who has considerable accounts administration knowledge and experience and is conversant with processing all transaction types for a business.
Duties in this role can include:-
- Raising and processing supplier purchase orders
- Processing customer and supplier invoices
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliation
- Processing bank transactions and bank reconciliation
- Processing and reconciling invoice finance accounts
- Liaising with site based administrators to obtain site labour data for processing
- Administering site jobs within our ERP software
- Processing of labour hours within the job costing module
- Collating and processing data for payroll processing
- Processing payroll
- Processing RCTI’s for subcontractors
- End of month reconciliations
- Flexible school-based working hours available for the right candidate
