Overview

Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and guidelines
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, banks, and clients
- Guide clients through the loan application process from start to finish
- Review and interpret complex financial data
Requirements
- Proficiency in underwriting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software for financial analysis
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to work with various loan types and contracts
- Experience using financial software for loan processing
