- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and TILA requirements
- Conduct quality control audits on loan files processed by loan officers
- Verify contract and escrow documents for completeness and accuracy
- Perform credit analysis to assess borrower eligibility
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Skills
- Proficient in underwriting practices and procedures
- Knowledge of FNMA guidelines and loan processing in a bank setting
