Job Description:
Job Summary: The Organizational Optimization and Functional Alignment Specialist will be responsible for documenting current-state processes as the billing team is insourced, and working with managers to align resources to best practices design. This role requires a deep understanding of OTC processes and the ability to monitor multiple transformational projects simultaneously, ensuring processes are updated to follow all interim states.
Key Responsibilities
Document Current-State Processes: Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of existing OTC processes, particularly as the billing team transitions to an insourced model.
Best Practices Design: Collaborate with managers to align resources and processes with industry best practices, ensuring optimal functional alignment.
Transformational Project Management: Monitor and coordinate multiple transformational projects, ensuring processes are updated to reflect all interim states.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on new processes and workflows.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to track progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizational optimization and functional alignment within OTC processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in process documentation and workflow creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.59 - $21.13 per hour
