- Building Automation Systems (BAS) Support
- Platform Expertise: Manage Client BAS platforms and pneumatic systems, each with unique user interfaces and training requirements:

- Legacy Pneumatic Systems
- Perform retro-commissioning, setpoint scheduling, and critical alarm resolution.
- Provide ongoing operational support, including Measurement & Verification (M&V), data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Operational Technology (OT) and Cybersecurity
- Deploy and manage Zero Trust cybersecurity measures across CLIENT s BAS network.
- Maintain secure integration between IT and OT systems, protecting critical infrastructure.
- Energy Management and Sustainability
- Collaborate with the Energy and Sustainability (E&S) team to implement demand response programs and utility rebate initiatives.
- Identify and execute energy conservation measures (ECMs) and monitor ROI.
- Capital Project Team Support
- Partner with the Capital Project Team to review and contribute to large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with BAS standards and best practices.
- Analyze and interpret engineering documents, including control drawings, network diagrams, and sequences of operation, to ensure proper implementation of design intent.
- Data Acquisition and Predictive Maintenance
- Weekly data analysis for identifying operational inefficiencies and enabling proactive maintenance.
- Develop predictive models to optimize resource allocation and improve system longevity.
- Procurement and Vendor Coordination
- Establish cost-saving procurement strategies for essential parts and systems.
- Act as a liaison between CLIENT and third-party vendors to ensure consistency, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Training and Capacity Building
- Provide custom OT and BAS training programs for CLIENT staff to build in-house expertise.
- Train building engineers and zone chiefs on BAS functionality, ECM implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Meeting Leadership
- Organize and lead various meetings for the CLIENT BAS team, including vendor coordination, technology deployment, and progress reviews.
- Drive action items, provide updates, and ensure alignment across stakeholders during weekly and monthly discussions.
- Pilot Programs and Technology Deployment
- Lead innovative pilot programs, including smart pneumatic solutions and IoT retrofits.
- Recommend and implement scalable, cost-effective retrofit strategies for legacy systems.
- Grant and Federal Funding Support
- Assist CLIENT in identifying and securing federal and state funding for BAS and OT projects.
- Support grant writing efforts and compliance with funding requirements.
