Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Onsite Principal Technical Lead to guide the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions for downstream oil and gas operations. This role requires a strong background in SAP modules relevant to the industry, along with leadership skills to oversee enterprise-level projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA BTP solutions for downstream oil and gas processes (marketing, distribution, trading).
- Oversee full lifecycle implementation using SAP Activate Methodology, from discovery to deployment.
- Guide data migration, integration, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align SAP initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, industry regulations, and SAP best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 12 years of SAP experience, with 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA BTP, including integration with modules like MM, SD, FI/CO, PM, IS-Oil.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices for Oil & Gas.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, Architectural understanding of programming models -CAP (cloud application programming) and RAP (RESTful ABAP programming), CDS Views, AI/ML etc., is a plus.
Preferred:
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Architecture, SAP IS-Oil).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation in the oil and gas sector.
