We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated O365 Developer to join our technology team in Weehawken, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with a focus on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within Microsoft 365 including SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams
- Design and implement workflows, custom forms, and integrations using Power Platform tools
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Create and manage modern SharePoint sites, web parts, and document libraries
- Utilize Graph API and PnP PowerShell to automate processes and manage O365 resources
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing solutions
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, SPFx, REST APIs, and Graph API
- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft Teams App development is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skill
