Must Have Skills:

- In-depth expertise in installing, configuring, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining video conferencing devices (MTRs, Cisco Webex, Poly).
- Familiarity with conferencing and meeting connectivity across various platforms, including Zoom, Webex, and Team
- Experience with planning, deploying, and managing Cisco Room OS video conferencing endpoints and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
- Knowledgeable in A/V systems, including Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure, and projectors (e.g., Epson, NEC), as well as Bright Sign players.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Oversee multiple initiatives related to the 2025 Evergreen project, including collaboration with M365 engineering and unified communications teams. Responsibilities include managing highlevel
