Job Description:
- Quality Engineering support for manufacturing of Aerospace Lighting Systems.
- NCR, Corrective Action, MRB experience required. Works independently, computer literate
- Develops corrective and / or preventive actions for systemic processes and design problems
- Manages supplier quality issues through monitoring / escalation processes, escape
- management, processing of supplier submission of non-conforming material and supporting
- internal QMR processes
- Reviews process control documentation to ensure it is in compliance with requirements,
- objectives, and/or contracts
- ZDPs include the use of RRCA, PPAP Tools, Manufacturing Process Reviews, and Statistical
- Process Control
- Responsible for quality problem resolution, processing and closure of corrective actions.
- Root cause and corrective action (8D) experience
- Support quality system, product, or technical process audits
