Failure Analysis : Document and analyze product failures and issues.
Customer Support : Offer technical support and product advice to help customers resolve issues.
Job Duties
Circuit Analysis : Experience with electrical circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, and programming tools to analyze and verify circuit operations.
Troubleshooting Skills : Proficiency in using electronic signal measuring equipment to troubleshoot both analog and digital circuits.
Repair Skills : Skilled in using soldering equipment to repair 85705electronic circuit boards.
Documentation : Ability to analyze and document component and software failures and issues accurately.
Customer Interaction : Experience in helping customers by providing product suggestions and resolving issues.

Operating Systems : Familiarity with Linux, iOS, and Android.
