We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in consulting, banking, and healthcare industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements in the banking and healthcare sectors, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on project execution, risk mitigation, and process improvements
- Develop and present project plans, business cases, and financial models to clients and executive stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation, system implementations, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT teams, compliance officers, and finance leaders
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations (FDIC, OCC, Basel III, Dodd-Frank) and healthcare standards (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS regulations)
- Manage stakeholder relationships, conduct workshops, and facilitate executive meetings
- Utilize project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, to optimize execution
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, Healthcare Management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Experience: 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in consulting roles within banking and/or healthcare
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (CSM, SAFe), or Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Consulting Expertise: Experience working in a consulting firm (Big 4 or boutique firms preferred) or managing client-facing projects in banking/healthcare
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of banking operations, fintech, regulatory frameworks, healthcare IT, and revenue cycle management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello) and familiarity with industry-specific platforms (Core Banking Systems, EMR/EHR solutions)
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
