Fabletics is currently looking for a Content Producer, Social.
How Do You Fit In?
Fabletics is seeking a highly creative and talented Social Content Producer to join our team. As a Social Content Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, designing, and editing engaging content for Fabletics Women's, Men's, and Scrubs accounts across priority platforms. You will have the opportunity to showcase your unique storytelling abilities, creativity, and understanding of current trends to captivate and grow our audience in both static and video assets.

What You Will Do :
- Develop creative and innovative content ideas that align with our brand's goals, target audience, and values.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for TikTok and Instagram, ensuring they are visually appealing, entertaining, and shareable.
- Contribute to the creation of static social assets, including photo edits and simple graphics, to support campaign needs.
- Capture behind-the-scenes, event, and real-time content by attending Fabletics shoots and activations.
- Collaborate with the Social team to align video and static content with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, etc.) to optimize content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into the content you create.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $68,640-$85,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise, and work location.
