Sr. Graphic Designer & Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of graphic design skills and merchandising expertise to support our new apparel product lines. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to translate our brand vision into visually compelling and marketable products.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Develop innovative design concepts and apparel graphics.
• Collaborate with the design team to create and refine product designs.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with current trends and integrate them into design strategies.
• Work closely with the head merchandising designer to create cohesive and attractive product presentations.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final approval, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a proactive approach.
• Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in resort wear or merchandising environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and merchandising experience.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
