Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (psych)
Location: Leland, NC
Responsibilities
Assist a facility which has 114 beds and offers acute and residential treatment services to the adult and adolescent population. Consisting of 3 acute adolescent units, 1 geriatric unit and 3 residential treatment units. They accept both voluntary and involuntary admissions. Willkie talkies and ankle monitoring system in place for communication and monitoring. There is some medical at times such as diabetics. Ancillary staff includes BHAs, CNAs, Therapists and Recreational Therapist and Supervisors/Admin available via phone.
Required Experience: 1 year of acute inpatient psych experience.
Required Certifications: BLS and CPI.
Additional Information: Parking on site and scrubs required. Training is 1 week of classroom orientation and 3 shifts of shadowing. No onsite security and set visitation days and times are available for the residents/patients.
