TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC location for an Inventory Specialist II that will support the Recon/Refurbish department. Primary Responsibilities:
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for all assigned tasks relating to inventory control, including maintaining inventory counts and communicating inventory needs and Customer Tool status to Operations management.
Primary Duties:
- Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.
- Counts and reconciles chosen and/or random part numbers and locations daily.
- Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies.
- Compiles, verifies and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in parts needed for tool repair/refurbishment as related to inventory.
- Partners with Supply Chain as necessary to communicate any parts issues/needs to ensure timely replenishment.
- Assists in compiling data related to special projects, as requested by supervisor.
- Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures and contractual obligations.
- Partners with Leads and material handlers to train on proper inventory procedures.
- Other duties as required and assigned.
- PC literate with experience with SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
- Minimum 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
- Experience operating a standup lift (order picker/reach lift) (preferred, not required)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets
- Ability to communicate and train other team members
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Repetitive motion.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers.
- Frequent lifting up to 50lbs β team lifts over 50lbs.
- Able to work in various temperature conditions.

- No more than 6 attendance points
- Efficiency and Quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
- Must be in current role for 6 months.
- Must meet all job description requirements.
