Job Description
Title: A&P Mechanic
Duration : 6 months
Onsite role: Onsite
Location - 2450 N West Shore Blvd ,Tampa. Florida 33607
Pay Rate : $32/hr on W2
Job Description:
Identifies and corrects malfunctioning jet, turboprop and reciprocating aircraft, components and systems on Textron Aviation products. Performs routine, preventative and AOG maintenance/inspections and modifications on customer aircraft.
Responsibilities :
- Perform a variety of mechanical duties on various manufactured aircraft, systems and components involving diagnosis of malfunctions, required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly or adjustment of various aircraft systems
- Perform airframe and turbine, turboprop or reciprocating engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair and assist with ground runs
- Use of equipment such as tensiometers, micrometres, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, variety of hand tools and specialty aircraft tooling
- Document work performed within aircraft maintenance operating system via assigned laptop
- Maintain safe work environment following company policy and procedures common to aviation maintenance
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, A&P License
- Required Qualifications: 5 years corporate aircraft experience
- Preferred Qualifications: 5 years Textron Aviation aircraft experience
