Job Description
Role: Zuken E3 Administrator
Location: San Jose, CA
Type: Fulltime/Contract to hire or Sub Contract
Job Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert and tool owner for Zuken E3 and DS-E3 Software Stack.
- Administration of E3 and other Zuken tools.
- Helpdesk end user support for E3 and DSE3.
- Develop and document technical processes and procedures for E3.
- Interface with the vendor to resolve bugs, fixes, and Lam priorities.
- Determine upgrade schedules and roadmaps for Zuken Products.
- Generate and document user training, how-to, and best known methods.
- Act as backup support for Cadence OrCAD and Allegro.
- Minimum travel requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of E3 Cable design experience.
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience administrating Zuken E3.
- Understanding of E3 configuration and installation.
- Ability to automate E3, to create and maintain scripts.
- Experience working with Remote Apps and Virtual Machines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing CAD infrastructure. Servers, Databases, File Shares.
- Understanding and experience with managing E3 data in DS-E3.
- Experience with using Zuken for Pneumatics and Fluids.
- Experience working with service desk systems, i.e. Service Now.
- Experience with other CAD tools, integrations, and data management operations.
- Understanding of Model Based Definition (Model Based Enterprise) concepts.
- Experience with exporting/importing E3 data for 3D routing of cables and wire harnesses.
- Understanding of SQL and MS SQL Management Studio.
- Experience with Cadence OrCAD and Allegro
