Key Responsibilities : -Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.-Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure project milestones are met.-Oversee site work, including grading, utilities, paving, and stormwater management.-Manage tilt wall construction, ensuring quality control and compliance with engineering plans.-Review plans and specifications to identify potential issues and proactively resolve them.-Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential delays, and enforce safety protocols.-Maintain communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.-Ensure that all work meets the company's quality standards and client specifications.-Participate in project closeout processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and projects are handed over on schedule.-Travel full-time to various project sites as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on site work and tilt wall construction.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or retail projects, preferably in the $10M to $26M range.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes related to site work and tilt wall.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- OSHA certification and safety training.
- Willingness to travel full-time to project sites in various locations (Southeast, Texas, Oklahoma, and Lower Midwest).
