What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Conversion / Migration Lead position at TechVest Global Solutions Inc.?

8 years of experience in a similar role within migration, conversion, or data management projects.

Support testing and work with the team as needed to ensure successful migration outcomes.

Strong experience in managing migration projects and leading client discussions.

Strong understanding of data conversion processes and related systems (e.g., SMF, CRIMS).

Proficient in creating and maintaining mapping documents and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in issue triage and resolution.

Experience in JIRA

Ability to lead internal workstreams, provide updates, and escalate issues effectively.

Experience in coordinating and supporting weekend conversion activities.
