This role is essential for enhancing our procurement and payment processes, ensuring they are streamlined, cost-effective, and aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of P2P processes and be highly skilled in leveraging Coupa to solve complex procurement challenges.Proven experience as a COUPA Certified Implementation Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on Procure to Pay processes and Coupa.Hands-on experience in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules of Coupa.Demonstrating experience in CLM-A, Risk modules, Coupa Pay, Coupa Contingent workforce, and Coupa Expenses.In-depth hands-on knowledge of Coupa’s capabilities, configuration, and integration options.Strong understanding of procurement operations, policies, and best practices for both Direct and Indirect.Key Responsibilities : Process Analysis and Optimization : Work closely with the procurement team to understand their operational challenges and requirements. Analyze current P2P processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Hands-On Coupa Solution Design and Implementation : Design, propose, and implement Coupa-based solutions that address identified business needs. Ensure these solutions optimize procurement operations and are scalable and efficient.Hands-On System Configuration and Customization : Lead the configuration and customization of Coupa to meet business requirements, including setting up catalogs, supplier portals, and approval workflows.Integration and Data Management : Oversee the integration of Coupa with other business systems (e.g., ERP, finance systems) to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency. Manage data within Coupa, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Testing and Deployment : Coordinate testing of new features and system updates, ensuring they meet business needs. Oversee the deployment of Coupa updates and enhancements.Training and Support : Develop training materials and conduct sessions for users on Coupa functionality and best practices. Provide ongoing support to users and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor the performance of the Coupa platform, generating reports on procurement metrics and identifying areas for further improvement.Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary liaison between IT and procurement, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.Lead the design and development of RESTful APIs to integrate Coupa with enterprise applications.Implement robust and scalable Coupa Open API solutions for procurement, invoicing, supplier management, and spend analytics.Ensure seamless data synchronization between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite).Develop real-time and batch processing solutions for data exchange using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.Handle authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, SAML, and API Keys.Define and implement SPFT file mapping structures for Coupa integration.Required Qualifications : 7 years of proven experience as a COUPA Certified Implementation Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on Procure to Pay processes and Coupa.3 years of full life cycle implementation experience in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules of Coupa;3 years of hands-on experience in Coupa Procure to Pay, Coupa Contingent workforce, and Coupa Expenses;In-depth hands-on knowledge of Coupa’s capabilities, configuration, and integration options.Strong understanding of procurement operations, policies, and best practices for both Direct and Indirect.#J-18808-Ljbffr
