Our service advisor is the interface between the customer and the technician and is responsible for pulling everyone together as a team.
Service advisors are powerful salespeople at the front counter! Not only do they sell service, but they own the customer experience.

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills (outgoing / friendly / accommodating / people oriented / solution focused).
- The ability to listen to customer concerns and convert them into written instructions for technicians.
- A strong customer satisfaction focus will be your highest priority.
- A bias toward action. You will love to pick up the phone and drive business.
- Must work well with a diverse client base, technicians, and coworkers.
- Must be a team player!
- Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
- A strong automotive background. Bring your automotive skills and knowledge and hit the ground running!
- Applicants should have the ability to type well, be technically minded, proficient with modern technology and forms of communication, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be comfortable with educating and quoting ALL of the repair or service recommendations made and not have a reservation or fear about the amount or cost of those repairs or services. The right candidate must not think with their own wallet and should be confident in the presentation and be able to offer options if needed.
ABOUT TECHWAY AUTOMOTIVE:
In 1992, the owner of Techway Automotive began his career in the automotive service industry. He spent considerable time and effort learning as much as possible and gaining practical experience to give customers the best customer service and auto repair services. He opened his own shop in 2010 and since then they’ve added 3 additional locations and have been voted the best repair shop in the area, Brian and his team feel safe saying they’ve done what they set out to do. Techway Automotive is the shop every other shop recommends when they encounter a repair they cannot complete.
