Project Manager - Talent management

This position is for project management role supporting the Talent Management team and two Integrated Talent Strategy (ITS) Project Teams : Performance Management and Talent Management Practices.Key responsibilities include : Providing project management support for the Talent Management team and ITS project teams.Managing individual work planning and execution in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring alignment with project structure.Scheduling and facilitating sprint ceremonies, such as stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.Tracking key metrics using team dashboards and assisting in Quarterly Business Reviews.Collaborating with the Systems & Alignment team for vendor requests and other project management needs.Managing and executing all aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with ITS project management requirements.Monitoring progress and identifying project risks or constraints.Acting as the primary point of contact for project management, offering timely updates across multiple communication platforms (ADO, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Attending ITS Project Manager and Extended Leadership meetings to contribute, track action items, and ensure project success.Overseeing meeting scheduling, agenda creation, capacity management, and file storage on SharePoint.This role requires active participation, coordination, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in an agile, dynamic environment.
