- Minimum 4 Years Experience in requirement gathering, business process modelling and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in Gap, Feasibility, SQL and Data Analysis.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in Business Analysis and Project Methodologies, SCRUM and Agile Development Methodologies.
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in designing workflow and process flow, preparing BRD, FRD, SRS documents.
- Minimum 4 Years Understanding of IT Systems and Process Optimization.
- Maintenance of version control to ensure that all comments from business stakeholders and responses to the vendor or ITS are maintained in requirements documentation.
- Management of User Acceptance testing
- Coordination with vendor and ITS to schedule UAT with BPI, EPMO and program testers
- Development of test scenarios, ensuring test scenarios are complete based on acceptance criteria.
- Runs of the UAT sessions, which involves changing user roles for different workflows, ensuring that each step of the testing is followed by the users, taking screenshots to demonstrate that a scenario/requirement has passed or failed.
- Updates tickets in Azure after UAT to record the pass or fail.
- Support to the Level 2 Help Desk Team/ Project Management
- Attends the daily L2 defect triage meeting and provides guidance to ITS CurRent help desk staff.
- Assists in determining which tickets require escalation to L3, which require data fixes, which are training issues that require an explanation of functionality.
- Tracking of project action items across BPI, ITS and vendor.
- Tracking of project risks
