Senior Compensations Analyst
Location: Seattle or Prague or Geneva (in order of preference)
Contract: 3-6 month
Our client, a leading online travel marketplace, is looking for an industry expert with experience in payroll system and compensation tools. This person will help our client with building compensation plans within CaptivateIQ (CIQ).
Technical experience working in a sales operations (commission models) environment
Prefer experience with CaptivateIQ (CIQ) but open to experience with a similar tool
Understanding of general workflow of a variety of incentive program tools
Analytical, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in analyzing and modeling large data sets
