This position is for project management role supporting the Talent Management team and two Integrated Talent Strategy (ITS) Project Teams: Performance Management and Talent Management Practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing project management support for the Talent Management team and ITS project teams.
- Managing individual work planning and execution in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring alignment with project structure.
- Scheduling and facilitating sprint ceremonies, such as stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
- Tracking key metrics using team dashboards and assisting in Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Collaborating with the Systems & Alignment team for vendor requests and other project management needs.
- Managing and executing all aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with ITS project management requirements.
- Monitoring progress and identifying project risks or constraints.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for project management, offering timely updates across multiple communication platforms (ADO, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attending ITS Project Manager and Extended Leadership meetings to contribute, track action items, and ensure project success.
- Overseeing meeting scheduling, agenda creation, capacity management, and file storage on SharePoint.
- This role requires active participation, coordination, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in an agile, dynamic environment.
