Skills: Ability to listen to calls, review reports, and analyze data to identify areas in Natural Language Processing that need to be tuned and update the tuning engine. Individual should have the knowledge and be able to implement changes to the tuning engine after identifying in grammar and out of grammar sets or understanding why the recordings were not transcribed correctly. Would prefer the individual have skills for understanding how AudioCodes and Microsoft TTS/STT communicate with each other and the tools associated with researching unrecognized speech or false positives to then make proper adjustments to the tuning engine.

Top 3-4 must haves are 1) must have in depth knowledge and work experience of how to complete speech tuning in a voice recognition application. 2) must have understanding of what to look for in data analysis and recordings to determine best approach for improved recognition 3) must be an audio engineer or specialist to be able to make the recommendations to vendor on what needs to be tuned 4) Needs to understand how to create custom speech and have working knowledge of Microsoft Speech Studio, Microsoft STT/TTS solutions, and preferably knowledge of AudioCodes portal or tuning process.
