Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President (VP) of Sales to spearhead new business development and drive growth within the Infrastructure Engineering vertical. This pivotal role focuses on acquiring new clients and requires a deep understanding of Infrastructure Engineering and Cloud solutions, backed by a proven record of success in enterprise client sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • New Business Development :

Identify and target potential clients, emphasizing new business acquisitions.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to convert leads into successful partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution :
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Effectively position the company's offerings to meet client needs and challenges.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers within target organizations.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating industry expertise and aligning our solutions with client objectives.
  • Collaboration & Reporting :
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Experience :

  • A minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on new business development.
  • A proven track record in selling Infrastructure Engineering services, Digital Engineering, and Cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience working with diverse clients enhances your candidacy significantly.
  • Skills & Expertise :

  • In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure Engineering, Digital Engineering, Cloud platforms, and IT services.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
