For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Information Management, IT, Business, or a related field. If you are not currently located in the area of this co-op position, you must be willing to either commute or relocate to the surrounding area for the entire duration of the co-op term. You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op term (you will also be returning back to the post-secondary institution once the co-op term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.

- Support Application Portfolio Management by maintaining and updating application inventory, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Assist in defining and documenting diverse applications management process.
- Support with process automation initatives to enhance efficiency
- Assist with Architect Review process through the administration and coordination of the Architecture Review schedule.
- Schedule and coordinate ARB sessions through communication with a variety of teams
- Support and streamline ARB process automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT strategies with business objectives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of miscellaneous architecture artifacts.
- Help with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for partners
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related fields.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Basic knowledge of application management and enterprise architecture concepts is considered an asset.
- Experience with power platforms or Power BI is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset
Salary : $3,900 - $4,900
