For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Human Resources, Business or other related fields. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PDT or MDT or relocate to a specific office (site-based). You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op term (you will also be returning back to the post-secondary institution once the co-op term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.

- Actively contribute ideas and input to ensure that Teck’s campus programs are innovative, impactful, and relevant.
- Potential involvement in co-op recruitment activities such as screening resumes, facilitating interviews, etc.
- Working towards an undergraduate or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Arts, Communications, or other related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Experience with event planning and project management
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively independently as well as part of the team
- Proven ability to learn innovative technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate with precision in a technical environment.
- Able to articulate complex concepts clearly and in a way a diverse audience would understand.
Salary : $3,900 - $4,900
