As a Talent Attraction Advisor on our Global Talent Technology and Attraction Team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our talent attraction strategy. With your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, talent attraction, and data analysis, you'll help us engage and attract top-tier talent that aligns with our company's culture and values.
Reporting to Senior Global Lead, Talent Technology and Attraction you will collaborate with a dynamic team to elevate our attraction efforts and create an outstanding candidate experience. Our team operates as a global centre of excellence, we embrace challenges and are committed to improving the employee, hiring manager, recruiter, and candidate experience. We strive to discover and implement efficiencies through technology, and encourage our global client groups to adopt and optimize multiple talent technology tools across the employee lifecycle.
Job Description
\n- Develop and implement engaging employer branding campaigns that highlight Teck’s culture, values, and exciting career opportunities.
- Develop and optimize job postings, career site content, and digital assets to attract top-tier talent.
- Use HTML to improve and optimize our career site, job postings, email campaigns, and other recruitment marketing materials.
- Leverage SAP SuccessFactors to manage recruitment marketing campaigns, track applicant sources, and optimize the candidate journey.
- Provide data-driven insights to refine talent pipelines, analyze candidate behavior, and measure recruitment efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR, recruiters, community engagement and corporate affairs teams to ensure our employer branding aligns with business goals.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent attraction efforts.
- 3-5 years of experience focused on Talent Attraction, Recruitment Operations, or Talent Technology.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Technology Management, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (System configuration, requisition and candidate workflow optimization, reporting and analytics etc.)
- Expertise in multi-channel recruitment campaigns, with the ability to build strategies that communicate Teck’s values and culture to attract top talent.
- Experience producing engaging content (e.g., videos, blog posts, social media updates) that showcases Teck’s culture, values, and mission.
- Deep knowledge of digital channels (e.g., social media, job boards, career sites) to amplify our employer brand and reach target candidates.
- Proficiency in HTML to update career sites, job postings, and digital content across multiple platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for building talent pipelines and improving recruitment efforts.
- Ability to maintain relationships with external vendors, and agencies for effective performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to optimize talent attraction strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred for collaboration with international and diverse candidate pools.
- Azure DevOps knowledge to run tasks within the team’s tech ecosystem is nice to have.
This role is Hybrid/Remote with three days in office at Bentall 5, 550 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC.

You will be handling intricate business relationships, and the ability to collaborate efficiently across different departments in a dynamic setting is required.
