What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Operator I & II (OSSE) - A position at Tecknomic?

Tecknomic is looking to hire personnel, on an as-needed basis, for upcoming projects with the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) in the upcoming months. This will be a full-time, temporary, onsite (in Washington, DC) position with Tecknomic.

Please note that candidates will need to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination if offered the role.

Computer Operator I

The Computer Operator 1 works under close personal supervision and is provided detailed written or guidance before and during assignments. As instructed, this worker resolves common operating problems and may serve as an assistant operator working under close supervision or performing a portion of a more senior operator's work.

Computer Operator II

This position processes scheduled routines that present few difficult operating problems (e.g., infrequent or easily resolved error conditions). In response to computer output instructions or error conditions, this worker applies standard operating or corrective procedure, refers problems that do not respond to the preplanned procedure, and my serve as an assistant operator, working under general supervision.
