Salary :
Tecstone Granite based in Columbus OH is one of the largest Granite Monument wholesalers in the USA. Established in 1987, it has an exciting and strong family culture and sense of passion towards excelling in everything it does.
The Account Services Team and its representatives will be responsible for supporting and managing the entire order inquiry, order creation and order management process with existing customers.
Essential Functions :
Make outbound daily calls to customers we have not heard from
Answers all inbound calls and inbound customer inquiries
Amend and adjust orders to support order management process
Answers and responds to Salesforce CRM ticket queue
Creates and sends sales orders acknowledgements
Dedicated online order / quote entry support of strategic growth accounts
Systematic daily outbound calls to existing customers for account management services
Quote validation and maintenance
Pending Order management & Reason Code follow up including overdue AR
Ask for new orders
Accurate account contact information and customer relationship information in CRM
Sets follow up Tasks in CRM based on customers needs and responses
Elevate 'in danger of losing' accounts to Service Leaders
Log ALL customer contacts (phone, email, zoom, Face to Face, etc.) into Salesforce immediately after the completion of contact or as soon as you can after completion of contact
Day in the life : 3CX phone calls only
Expected to work from the office
Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls each day.
General support for keeping the tickets queue response time down.

Ability to lift / carry / push 20 pounds and sit for extended periods of time.
Comfortable with computer, phone systems, and headsets.
WORK ENVIRONMENT : This job operates within a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job inside the office and warehouse, the employee is frequently exposed to a high energy environment with many potential distractions.
