Job Description
The Account Executive will be responsible for a coordinated sales approach with the Tecsys internal sales team and closing new business deals of the Tecsys Supply Chain Management / Execution products within Pacific North West Area. Primary focus will be on the full Supply Chain suite including WMS (Warehouse Management Software), SCM (Supply Chain Management Software) POU (Point of Use) and Pharmacy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand Healthcare client needs and determine how Tecsys solutions will provide value
- Prepare and respond to RFQ/RFP’s
- Perform site visits with Pre Sales Consultants to gather data to prepare for demonstration/presentation
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations with tangible ROI (Return on Investment) cases
- Work in a team environment
- Responsibility to move the transaction through the entire sales cycle
- Report weekly and discuss with the Senior VP Sales strategies to win accounts
- Meet or exceed assigned quotas
Candidate profile of Account Executive
- Healthcare industry experience with a focus on IDN/Hospital networks
- Supply Chain Software experience is a plus
- Establishes "C" level contact within Accounts/Opportunities and demonstrates a detailed understanding of both the healthcare sector and customers’ business drivers/challenges.
- Must possess a problem solving attitude
- Well Demonstrated listening skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic
- Proven track record of success selling in a highly competitive environment
- Product experience: Infor, Workday, Oracle, Cardinal, Par Ex, others
Education
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Commercial Engineering
- 5 - 10 years of experience in healthcare solution sales
Requirements
- Must be willing to work remotely and be able to travel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
