We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our Fruitland, MD team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various roofing systems and possess strong leadership skills to oversee and coordinate projects effectively.
Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Interpret schematics and blueprints for project execution
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
- Provide guidance and training to construction workers on-site
- Oversee metal stud framing, roof installation, trim carpentry, stucco application, tile laying, welding, plumbing, and other construction tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at the construction site
Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry
- Proficiency in metal stud framing, roof work, schematics interpretation, trim carpentry, stucco application, tile laying, welding, plumbing, and other relevant construction skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions on-site
- Hands-on experience in various construction tasks is highly desirable
