We are seeking a Service Coordinator for our Wichita, KS office.
The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing scheduling and communication between sales managers and superintendents. This position directly reports to the Service Manager.
Responsibilities (Include):
- Set up service work orders in TFM (Field Management Database).
- Create new accounts and site addresses in Navision.
- Manages and monitors electronic data for existing and new clients.
- Track and monitor purchase order agreements including work order portals as required by customers.
- Project set up and coordinating with subcontractors within service.
- Assists with contracts for repair orders.
- Responsible for roofing and services inventory management.
- Assists with badging, permitting, scheduling safety/material/procedure/etc. training for field personnel as needed.
- Works with Service Team to accomplish all day-to-day service department business including review of service tickets, creating service tickets, scheduling, and communicating with superintendents, field crew, sales managers and office staff.
- Assists with general office duties including but not limited to answering the phone.
Requirements
- Six months to 1 year of related administrative experience (roofing, construction or facilities services preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Experience in customer service.
- Great attention to detail for data entry tasks.
