The Operations / Production Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the roofing operations of the company. Position is responsible for ensuring and improving performance, productivity, efficiency, safety, and profitability of all roofing operations through the provision of effective methods & strategies.
- Works with operations staff, developing schedules and overseeing all aspects of construction.
- Communicates directives to Superintendents who then relay to Foreman for successfully completion of contracts.
- Manage quality control and safety of projects.
- Reviews purchase orders and proposals to verify intended scope of work and to assure that company policies are not compromised.
- Submits budget and capital expenditure requests as needed.
- Works with prime and subcontractors on all phases of projects including schedules, change orders, and submittals.
- Directs customer questions, complaints, and requests appropriately. Performs field inspections and investigations as necessary.
- Communicates, monitors, and facilitates information between the department and accounting
- Liaison with top management. Assists in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
- Provide support to the Fleet mechanic and oversee the repairs of the entire fleet of vehicles, tools and machines.
- Attend all Pre-Construction Meetings.
Requirements :
Salary $70-90K Bonus
