We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Lead Service Tech in North Billerica, MA!
Pay starting at $28 / hr. BOE
SIGN-ON BONUS!!! $250-$750!!!

Commercial Roofing Service Tech Summary :
Under the direction of the Service Manager and / or Service Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in a variety of commercial roofing systems.
Responsibilities include :
- Repair, maintenance and installation of all types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, Modified, etc.
- Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of completed work.
Commercial Roofing Service Tech Requirements :
- Experience with various commercial roofing systems strongly preferred, but we will train the right individuals!
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly, 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites / warehouse.
- Ability to use technology to communicate and document work.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Working Conditions :
- Physical surroundings : Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
- Physical Effort : Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting, etc.
