The job duties and functions include training, overseeing Service BDC Agents on inbound and outbound call quality and performance, and daily communication with Service BDC Coordinator to maintain department standards.

- Train new employees as needed on processes, procedures, and goals of the department
- Assist with coordinating service BDC agents on performance and duties
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Continued learning of new systems and products
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Works well within a team environment as well as independently
- Time management skills required - dependability
- Familiarity with CRM / Xtime software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Suite
- A background in Automotive Service department
- Ability to pass criminal background check
Salary : $11 - $15
