Full time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform put aways and inventory pulls with Drivable Power Stocker Lift.
• Verify 100% of the location of the storage items in the warehouse by bay number, rack number, and aisle number, or dock area.
• Data input of stored items in Airtable software, with barcodes and noted as “with or without inspection.”
• Assess put away and pull volume each evening for tomorrow’s business, or early each morning for that day and plan for warehouse support staff accordingly.
• Verify the item count requested by client as listed in Airtable software is pulled and staged properly on delivery dock and on time.
• Any item broken or discovered damaged during put away MUST be reported immediately to the Warehouse Manager as soon as it happens.
• Any item broken or discovered damaged during pick pull MUST be reported immediately to the Warehouse Manager as soon as it is discovered.
• Any item broken or discovered broken during staging and loading MUST be reported immediately to the Warehouse Manager.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist the morning duties regarding truck assignment, driver & helper pairing, run type, job assignments as the trucks are properly loaded in chronological order and proper paperwork, tools and supplies are accounted for the day.
• Perform special projects as directed by Warehouse Manager.
• Assist Client Move and Design Coordinator with resolving issues.

Required Skills:

·         Ability to utilize Airtable software.

·         Proficiency with Drivable Power Stocker Lift.

·         Forklift proficiency (certification) a plus.

·         Good oral and written communication.

Employer notes:

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (occasional weekend jobs)
