Prior Service, Call Center, or Scheduling Experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving incoming service calls
- Schedule appointments for customers in our three Service Departments
- Schedule appointments for 5 mobile Trucks
- Making outbound calls using the provided phone scripts
- Setting daily and monthly goals for outbound calls and scheduled appointments
- Recording hourly call, activities, contacts, and appointments
- Completing Business Development Center training
Qualifications
- Prior Service, Call Center, or Scheduling Experience preferred
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Google Docs and Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong typing, communication, and phone skills
- Ability to think outside the box and to ask qualifying questions of the Ted Russell Customer
- Committed to providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
We are open between the hours 7 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday- must be able to work between those hours. 40 hour work week. Saturdays – rotating schedule – at least one a month
