Relevant Skills & Requirements:
- Previous Service concierge Experience (1 year minimum)
- Dealership Experienced Preferred
- Previous Dealership Experience (2 years minimum)
- Track record of excellent Customer Service Index Scores
- Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds DMS
- Ability to pass a routine background check and drug urinalysis, in accordance with legal guidelines.
- At Least 18 Years Old.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work in tandem with our Service BDC to schedule appointments for routine maintenance, repairs, recalls, and diagnostic inspections -- including ordering Special Order Parts when needed
- Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their service throughout the process, and follow up afterwards to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain an excellent Custom Service Index score
- Educate & encourage customers about recommended services at each visit
- Ensure all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
