As a Digital Sales Account Manager, your role will focus on managing and optimizing online sales and marketing efforts, primarily on assisting Dealer, Law Enforcement and Military Order Support, Amazon Seller Central and various B2B online platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, e-commerce, digital marketing and a strong understanding of how to drive sales through data-driven strategies. The position involves collaboration across multiple departments, including sales, marketing, production and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth retail, dealer, law enforcement and military sales transactions by assisting with order processing, customer service inquiries and communication between the sales team and operations. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealer, Law Enforcement and Military Sales Support:
· Assist with order fulfillment for law enforcement and military accounts, ensuring orders comply with specific requirements, regulations and timelines.
· Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, tracking sales activities, order history and customer communication.
· Liaise between sales reps, dealers, law enforcement and military contacts to ensure all stakeholders are informed of order status, promotions or product changes.
· Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s holsters, accessories and product offerings to effectively support the sales team and customers.
Amazon Seller Central Management:
· Create, optimize and manage product listings, ensuring they are SEO-friendly, engaging and fully optimized for search and sales conversion.
· Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting, including tracking sales, traffic and conversion rates.
· Manage advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and other Amazon PPC strategies to maximize ROI.
· Monitor customer reviews and ratings, ensuring timely responses and problem resolution.
· Implement promotional strategies utilizing Amazon marketing tools to boost product visibility.
B2B Online Platform Management:
· Oversee product listings and marketing initiatives on various B2B platforms, such as Amazon, Walmart and industry-specific marketplaces.
· Ensure consistency in product descriptions, pricing and marketing materials across all platforms.
· Develop and execute lead generation strategies via B2B platforms.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase online sales.
SEO & Content Optimization:
· Conduct keyword research and apply findings to enhance product visibility and drive organic traffic.
· Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, keyword-optimized content for listings and marketing campaigns.
· Monitor and report on third-party SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
· Track and report on key performance metrics for both Amazon and B2B platforms.
· Analyze trends and performance data to optimize campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
· Provide actionable insights based on data to inform future strategies. Collaboration & Communication:
· Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital channels.
· Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure inventory management and timely fulfillment for all online orders.
· Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, platform updates and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or online sales platforms.
· Proficient in CRM and ERP software systems.
· Experience with Amazon Seller Central is required; experience with B2B platforms is a plus.
· Proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Amazon Analytics, Google Analytics and other relevant software.
· Strong understanding of SEO and digital advertising strategies.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
